We adopt the ´Think on Your Feet®´ program as it is proven to be highly effective both in Australia and overseas, achieving maximum results. This program involves teaching participants to verbalise their ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively. We teach participants on how to structure ideas so as to achieve maximum impact with their audience. In particular, we examine how to explain complex ideas in a simple manner. We will also offer guidance and instruction on how to handle objections and tough questions in a positive manner.

We will equip participants with the tools to deal with controversial topics within the workplace so as to achieve a ´win-win´ outcome. For negotiation to be successful, one party has to persuade the other to move from their position by presenting benefits not just data. Two opposing viewpoints can be moved to the middle ground by presenting advantages not plain facts.

After you have completed the course we don´t just leave it there, we offer free an unlimited post program support for all participants. During the training session itself participants will receive materials that can be studied and referred to post program. This will include numerous examples, worksheets, checklists and memory - jogging wallet cards. There are also refresher modules and regular online newsletters.
